Meet Elizabeth "Liz" Allison, the visionary force behind Bridge The Gap Network. Liz's journey is one of relentless determination, fueled by a passion for connecting people and breaking down barriers.
A proud graduate of The University of North Carolina at Charlotte with a degree in Communication Studies and a minor in Journalism, Liz epitomizes hard work and resilience. Throughout her college years, she juggled multiple jobs while pursuing her education, showcasing a work ethic that would become the cornerstone of her success.

Hailing from Charlotte, NC, Liz harbored dreams of exploring bigger cities. Faced with the challenge of securing a job in a new city, she embarked on a relentless pursuit, submitting countless applications and reaching out to recruiters. Undeterred by the seeming impossibility, Liz's optimism and tenacity pushed her to explore opportunities at a career fair in Atlanta, a decision that would change her life.
Armed with 30 resumes, Liz made a lasting impression at the Toshiba Business Solutions booth, landing a job on the spot. Relocating to Atlanta in 2016, she quickly established herself as a rising star, earning accolades such as Rookie of the Quarter and Employee of the Month. Her journey continued to Washington, DC, where she achieved further success in pharmaceutical sales, earning the titles of Rookie of the Year and Presidents Club at Eli Lilly.
Returning to her roots in Charlotte, Liz recognized the power of networking in her personal and professional growth. She observed a gap in the way different generations were perceived at networking events, a gap she was determined to bridge. Thus, Bridge The Gap Network was born—a platform that transcends age, gender, race, and background, fostering collaboration and connection.
Liz's story is one of triumph over obstacles, a testament to the belief that opportunities arise when people come together. As the driving force behind Bridge The Gap Network, she continues to inspire others to break down barriers, build meaningful connections, and forge a path to success for all.
